Art Director

An Art Director oversees the visual representation of an organisation or the creative design elements of a particular project. You’ll collaborate with other designers to develop an overall vision and ensure all print and online material reflects this look. Your job may involve elements of visual arts, graphic design and aesthetic management. Art Directors work in a range of industries from film and television to print media and corporate business.

Being an Art Director requires a creative mind and strong attention to detail. You’ll spend a lot of time collaborating with colleagues and other designers so you’ll need to be good at working in a team. You’ll need good graphic design skills and be able to manage the overall creative vision of a company or project.
