Urban Rail Safety was established in 2014 to deliver 1st class Rail Access Training, Rail Safety Training, RISI and RIW Training in the Rail and Infrastructure sector. URS is a company of rail industry Professional Trainers and Assessors that are backed by 60 years combined rail experience.
This is a general qualification for a person engaged in basic operations within the rail infrastructure environment undertaking a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures and taking some responsibility for the quality of work outcomes.
Learn moreThe Rail Industry Worker (RIW) or Rail Industry Safety Induction (RISI) Card is a mandatory requirement for all Personnel/Contractors who perform work with-in the Rail Corridor, irrespective who operates the Rail Traffic.
A RISI/RIW Card is also recognised by the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and John Holland Country Rail Network (JHCRN) and will allow you to safely access the rail corridor throughout NSW in the areas managed by these organisations.
