Welcome to TrainX Solutions, a pioneering registered training organisation committed to transforming vocational education. Our focus is on providing innovative courses tailored and contextualised for the construction and entertainment industries. At TrainX Solutions we empower our students to excel in their careers by fostering a dynamic learning environment that emphasises growth, curiosity and continuous improvement.
Our mission at TrainX Solutions is to revolutionise vocational education by offering industry-specific hands-on training that bridges the gap between the construction and entertainment industries. We aim to inspire creativity, drive innovation and equip our students with the skills necessary to succeed in an ever-evolving professional landscape.
TrainX Solutions was born of a desire to break the mould within the confines of the current High Risk Work License (HRWL) training sector and to provide a higher level of training and assessment to the cranes and rigging, scaffolding and entertainment industries. Our founders recognised the limitations of the existing short-course, limited-outcome training formats and envisioned a comprehensive, full-qualification training model that addresses the holistic needs of the industry.
Our end goal is to change the paradigm and assist our clients in transitioning from the current short-course limited-outcome training format to trainees working towards full qualifications with a holistic approach to a well-rounded outcome. By offering in-depth training that encompasses both technical skills and real-world applications, we prepare our students not just to meet industry standards but to exceed them, setting new benchmarks for excellence in their respective fields.
