The Academy is dedicated to establishing and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism in coaching whilst developing, innovating and responding to changes in the profession. It recognises that coach training is one of the foremost personal development procedures for coaches and their clients. It also recognises that the needs of Australia and New Zealand in these respects, differ from those of the USA where coaching has its roots.
This unique position allows The Life Coaching Academy to represent Australian and New Zealand coaching on the international stage, to promote coaching throughout the country and to publicise the services of life coaches who have graduated from its training courses.
This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills to perform the following functions associated with Life Coaching; conduct life coaching sessions with clients utilising the GROW Model, appropriate structures, tools and techniques. Administer the processes involved before, during and after each coaching session. Establish, market, manage and develop a coaching small business.
