The Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing is designed to reflect the role of conveyancers responsible for conveyancing work, team leadership and/or the management of a practice. At this level individuals are expected to apply specialist skills and knowledge to a range of complex situations pertaining to property law. They work across a broad range of technical and management functions with accountability for personal outputs and for team outcomes.
Conveyancing is a licensed occupation. Licensing regimes for conveyancers differ between states and territories in Australia and as such it will be necessary to contact the relevant licensing body for advice on determining the most appropriate pathway to satisfy licensing requirements within your state.

The Tax Agent Certification includes the skills and knowledge required to meet the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) educational eligibility requirements, for both Commercial Law and Australian Tax Law. Including the requirements of Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA).
