Work Safely at Heights
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you or your staff are working at heights greater than 2m, then this course is for you.
You will learn and practise industry approved techniques using our purpose built facilities and our provided equipment along with risk assessment. Alternatively, we can come to you or even adapt the course to suit your specific needs, including the use of your own equipment if preferred.
We emphasise fall prevention rather than fall arrest, addressing the industry issues around this high risk activity.
Our focus is on practical activities based around student competence rather than a tick in the box compliance approach so you leave the day confident, competent and qualified in working at heights safely.

On campus

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To be eligible to attend the Work Safely at Heights training course a participant must:
- be in possession of a valid construction industry white card or equivalent.
- be at least 15 years of age to do this course (you will need a guardian to sign off a permission and awareness slip if you are under 18 years old).
