Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to store and handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances. It includes identifying requirements for working with dangerous goods and/or hazardous substances, confirming site incident procedures and selecting handling techniques in accordance with relevant work health safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations concerning the safe handling of dangerous goods and hazardous substances, within the transport and logistics industry.
