Service Design: Foundations

Our Service Design Foundations course is ideal if you’re curious about this in-demand discipline and want to quench your curiosity by learning the basics of service design.
You’ll learn the principles underpinning service design and design thinking, explore the problem space, and the different types of service design research. Translating user research into insights, you’ll understand how to see services from a customer perspective. You’ll build assets which will form the basis of your portfolio project, showcasing your approach and outcomes to a service design challenge.
