Scaffolding Licence - Intermediate (SI)

The Intermediate Scaffolding Course is suitable for personnel who hold a basic scaffolding licence and are seeking to upgrade to an intermediate scaffolding licence.

While basic scaffolding licences only allow workers to carry out limited scaffolding scaffolding work (e.g with prefabricated or modular scaffold equipment), an intermediate scaffolding qualification allows workers to erect, alter and dismantle a range of scaffolds including cantilevered and spurred scaffolds, sloping platforms, perimeter screens, mast climbers, etc.

The course is competency based, and is nationally accredited and recognised. Successful applicants who attain the necessary competence will be eligible to apply for an Intermediate Scaffolding Licence (SI class) through the local regulator or Worksafe Authority.
