Restricted Property Management Registration (WA)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Individuals wanting to ONLY work as a property manager in Western Australia are required to complete WA Restricted Property Management Registration Course. This allows you to work for an established agency under the supervision of a licensed Western Australian real estate and business agent. Through this, you will only be permitted to engage in property management transactions.
As part of this course, you will be required to access and complete 12 units of competency from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited, in compliance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and recognized by Consumer Protection.
When completing this course, you will be provided with online learning guides, sample documents, links to useful information and legislation, additional resources, as well as email assistance with our trainers through the student portal.
