Contact a Group Training Organisation (GTO) such as MEGT, Apprenticeship Support Australia, or MAS National for guidance and placement opportunities .
This Nationally Recognised course is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in a licensed venue. This course will discuss the responsible selling and service of alcohol within the law and how to assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused. It will detail any fines and penalties that may apply by not the following legislation and explain the requirements for minors, disorderly and unduly intoxicated patrons.
