Provide Responsible Service Of Alcohol
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This short course equips you with knowledge and skills required to provide responsible service of alcohol, and to assist those customers who may be at risk of or are already experiencing harm from alcohol. Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is sold, served or supplied, including where alcohol samples are served during on-site product tastings. This unit therefore applies to any workplace where alcohol is sold, served or supplied, including all types of hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries.
