Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)HLTAID011 First Aid Training is the most recent release of the accredited course. This training covers the following skills and knowledge required to provide a first response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines and standards:
- Responding to an emergency situation
- Application of appropriate first aid procedures
- Communication of details of the incident
- Evaluation of own performance
