Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our White Card course provides you with basic awareness of construction hazards and risks to help prevent workplace accidents, injury or illness, increase your knowledge of workplace injury management, standards of behavior on-site, occupational health & safety (OH&S) legal responsibilities, how OH&S issues should be dealt with and workers compensation.
The course consists of the training unit CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (In Transition) (White Card). The unit relates directly to the general induction training program specified by the National Code of Practice for Induction Training for Construction Work (ASCC 2006).
