Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages

This practical course provides students with the skills and knowledge to prepare and serve a range of teas, non-espresso coffees and other non-alcoholic beverages. Students will learn how to select ingredients and equipment, and use a range of methods to make and present drinks.
