Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to manage the danger of accidental electric shock. This course applies to all electrical workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a situation that can arise in an electrical services industry environment, including rescue from low voltage panels.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or hold an eligible VISA
- Have the ability to read, write, understand and communicate with basic English.
- Have the physical ability to perform specific practical skills such as performing two (2) minutes of uninterrupted cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a resuscitation manikin placed on the floor.
- The application of the skills and knowledge described in this unit may require a licence/registration to practice in the workplace subject to regulations for undertaking of electrical work.
