Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This low voltage rescue course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to perform a rescue from a live low voltage (LV) panel (also known as a low voltage switchboard). This crucial electrical safety training is vital for any worker who may need to work in or around live LV electrical equipment and act as a safety observer or spotter during live electrical work.
By taking this course, you'll learn how to respond effectively to electrical emergencies and provide critical assistance in rescue situations, ensuring the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) AND
- UEECD0007 - Apply work health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace (WHS)
- OR UETDREL006 - Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker (Power Awareness)
