Occupational First Aid Skill Set

This course is suitable for students who need the skills to manage a medical emergency before the arrival of an ambulance or medical response unit.

It provides the skills and knowledge required to provide advanced first aid response, resuscitation techniques, and life support along with the management of casualty, the incident and other first aiders.

This programme provides a set of skills to establish, maintain and facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in a workplace environment and especially suitable to those who are the nominated first aid provider at their workplace.
