Nationally Recognised Higher Education The Master of Social Work (Qualifying) (MSWQ) is a professional entry qualification that prepares social work students for meaningful work in a global profession. Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Applicants may be admitted to the Master of Social Work (Qualifying) if they have previously successfully completed a relevant Bachelor (AQF Level 7) degree course that contains at least one year, or the equivalent (8 Units) of full-time studies in the social and behavioural sciences, as required by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
International student IELTS requirement: Academic IELTS overall band of 7.0 with minimum 7.0 in each band (or equivalent).
