This course is designed for professionals aiming to excel in the property development sector, including those in valuation, construction, engineering, town planning, and architecture. Students who do not meet the admission requirements below may begin with a Graduate Certificate and progress to the Master of Property Development. (Note that entry to the Masters via other UTS Graduate Certificates and Graduate Diplomas is also possible.)

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • At least 1 years work experience in a related field AND
  • Completed Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or above or overseas equivalent, in Architecture and Building, Engineering, Management and Commerce, Law and legal studies, or Economics and Econometrics AND
  • IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 57.97 or its equivalent AND
  • Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11271 Graduate Certificate in Property Development.
  • At least 1 years work experience in a related field AND
  • Completed Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or above or overseas equivalent, in Architecture and Building, Engineering, Management and Commerce, Law and legal studies, or Economics and Econometrics AND
  • IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 58.00 or its equivalent AND
  • Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11271 Graduate Certificate in Property Development.
  • Visa requirement: To obtain a student visa to study in Australia, international students must enrol full time and on campus. Australian student visa regulations also require international students studying on student visas to complete the course within the standard full-time duration. Students can extend their courses only in exceptional circumstances.
