Swinburne University of Technology

Master of Project Management (International Business)

Nationally Recognised Higher Education

The Master of Project Management develops expertise in project management across a range of industries. It takes an entrepreneurial perspective to provide a unique focus on managing complex, high risk and innovative projects. The course focuses on planning and delivering high-quality projects, on budget and on time, developing abilities to scope an initiative; control costs; communicate well; act legally and ethically; successfully manage a complex web of employee, supplier and stakeholder relationships; and ensure that a project stays aligned with strategic goals. Learning is integrated within the context of projects for new and established businesses with insights from industry experts. The course design also allows the choice of electives to complete a related business specialisation such as supply chain management or financial technologies.
