Project Management
- MIS776 - Design Thinking for Innovation: Design Thinking refers to a style of thinking that brings creativity to the way we define and solve problems. It combines sensitivity for the context of a problem, creativity in the generation of new insights and solutions, and rationality in analyzing and fitting solutions to the context. This unit explores design thinking as a practice for identifying and developing innovation opportunities in a range of business and social contexts.
- MIS778 - Agile Project Management: This unit will provide students with the theoretical foundation in Agile Project Management. Students will apply Agile methodology to complex projects and learn tools used to manage Agile projects. Agile project management is designed to facilitate such demands through early, measurable ROI with defiant, iterative product deliverables.
- MIS798 - Project Management: Project Management is undoubtedly one of the most important skills in management as modern organizations shift from traditional management to project-based management. This unit examines project management in the exciting, dynamic, innovative, virtual, information-enabled, and knowledge-intensive organizational environment.
- MMH707 - Organizational Development and Change: This unit focuses on the management of dynamic change within organizations by utilizing a strategic lens and focusing on a number of critical real-world Organization Development (OD) and Change Management (CM) topics. Drawing extensively from OD and CM literature, the unit introduces a range of models, tools, and methodologies that can be applied immediately within participants’ organizations, to facilitate the successful implementation of change initiatives.

Academic requirements
To be considered for admission to this degree (without admission credit applied*) you will need to meet at least one of the following criteria:
- completion of a bachelor degree or higher in any discipline
Related discipline degree: A 'related discipline' award for this course is a Bachelor degree in Finance, or a Bachelor degree in Commerce or Management or Business with a major sequence in Finance.
Relevant work experience: Relevant work experience is business experience in either a finance role or a managerial position with business oversight responsibilities in a finance related field, such as financial consulting, financial analysis, treasury management, corporate finance, fund management and banking.
English language proficiency requirements
To meet the English language proficiency requirements of this course, you will need to demonstrate at least one of the following:

- IELTS overall score of 6.5 (with no band score less than 6.0) or equivalent
