The Manual Handling Skill Set is a one-day course that provides a contemporary approach to understanding the functional movement of our body, and adopting smart manual handling practices to preserve it.
This course guides participants through the correct techniques to avoid injuries when completing manual handling tasks. Prevention tips will be explored throughout this course, to assist participants in maximising their body’s performance, both on and off of the job.
