Manage personal and professional development

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement systems and processes that support the personal and professional development of one’s own self and others. It applies to individuals working in managerial positions who are responsible and accountable for the development and performance of others.

The work ethic of individuals in this role has a significant impact on the work culture, and patterns of behaviour of others, as managers at this level are role models in their work environment.

This unit is an excellent CPE activity for BAS and tax practitioners who are registered with the Tax Practitioner Board (TPB), as they must maintain their personal competence as part of meeting their ongoing registration obligations.

On successful completion of this unit, you will gain a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment and 8 CPE hours.
