Licence to Perform Rigging Basic Level
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to safely perform basic rigging work.
Riggers use mechanical load shifting equipment and associated gear to move, place or secure loads, including plant, equipment or members of a structure. Riggers ensure the stability of those members and set up and dismantle hoists.

At Go Workplace Training (RTO 22464), we provide nationally recognised and WorkSafe approved training and licensing as well as a variety of other courses throughout Australia.
Our WorkSafe licencing approved courses (nationally recognised courses with a WorkSafe licence outcome) include: Forklift trucks, Order picking forklift trucks/Order Picker, Boom-type elevated work platform, Reach Stacker, Non-Slewing Crane, Slewing Crane, Dogging, Basic Rigging, Intermediate Rigging and Basic Scaffolding.
Other nationally recognised courses include: Working at heights, Enter and work in confined space, and Construction Induction/ white card. We conduct EWPA (Yellow Card) & TSHA (Gold Card) training & assessment, which includes but is not limited to Scissor Lift, Vertical Lift & Telehandler.
Having a wide range of training locations allows our clients to complete training and licence testing in areas close to their home or workplace. We also offer training and licensing onsite, at workplaces throughout Australia.
