Licence to perform dogging

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

The Dogging Licence Course covers the application of slinging techniques, including the selection and inspection of lifting gear. Participants will also learn how to direct crane or hoist operators in the movement of loads, including when loads are out of sight of the crane driver.

The course is competency based, and is nationally accredited and recognised. Successful applicants who attain the necessary competence will be eligible to apply for a Dogging Licence  through the local regulator or Worksafe Authority.
