Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck Course

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

Gain the skills and knowledge you need to safely operate a forklift truck, and apply for your National High Risk Work Licence – LF.

This three-day short course will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to safely operate a forklift truck.

You will learn to perform pre-operation checks, plan work, and check controls on equipment. You’ll also learn about shifting and stacking the load, and gain experience in loading and unloading, as well as shutting down the equipment and securing the work site after works have been completed.

If you already have some experience in operating a forklift, but need to get licenced, we may be able to offer you an ‘assessment only’ option utilising a log book, or reduce the training you may require. Please contact us to discuss these operations.
