Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This unit specifies the outcomes required to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) for licensing purposes, and involves the operation of a telescoping device, hinged device, or articulated device or any combination of these used to support a platform on which personnel, equipment and materials may be elevated to perform work. This unit is based on the requirements of the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High-Risk Work and provides applicants with the knowledge and skills required to obtain a High-Risk Licence to Operate a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform.

1 Stop Driving School became a Registered Training Organisation (TOID 40729) in 2013. We take pride in offering and delivering, training and assessment in the fields of Civil Construction Plant Operations and Driving Operations. Owner, Ernest Lowry aka Sput, conducted training and assessment services with The Australian Defence Force in the areas of Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction. Sput has been involved in Heavy Vehicle Licensing, High-Risk Licensing in Fork Lift, Vehicle Loading Crane and Load Shifting Equipment within the TAFE sector and later under auspice agreements with RTO’s.
To enable 1 Stop to service the wider community we have training centres in Bundalong, Wangaratta and Barmah in North East Victoria.
