If you have existing skills equivalent to the requirements you can validate these through an RPL (recognition of prior learning) process.
These units also provide credit towards a range of qualifications in the CHC Community Services Training Package. This means that if you have previously studied a relevant health or community-focused Certificate III or higher qualification, this skill set can add extra competencies to your repertoire.
