Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)CHCSS00129 Individual Support – Ageing Skill Set is for people working in various care and support roles in the community services industry who wish to develop the skills necessary to provide person-centred support to older people.
You will gain the skills and knowledge needed to respond to the goals and aspirations of older people and provide support services in a manner that focuses on improving health outcomes and quality of life using a person-centred approach.
You will learn how to determine and respond to an individual’s physical personal support needs and to support activities of daily living.
