Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
It is expected that participants will have already completed the following two units prior to attendance at this course:
- BSBWHS411 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs
- BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management
It is also expected that participants will have been working at a mine for at least two years in a supervisory position. To participate fully and to ensure the program is relevant to your role we ask that you bring a copy of your mines Safety Management Plan and Safety Policy. You will also be asked to bring two site Principal Mining Hazard Plans from a list which will be sent to you on enrolment.
