Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe Grad Dip of Management (Learning) provides students with the skills and training to not only manage and coordinate other workers, but to develop the capabilities of staff through training and personal development.
The qualification reflects the ability to apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. People in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation – such as training programs, orientation packages, and personal development opportunities.
Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability – such as a registered training organisation.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Have completed a graduate-level qualification, such as a diploma, graduate certificate, undergraduate degree, or associate degree.
Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Have a working knowledge of written and spoken English, common digital technology, and general numeracy. Where needed, Solis College may require you to complete an LLN test to demonstrate this. International students will require an IELTS score of at least 6.0 (or the equivalent from a different language test).
Be able to prove that you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations – as required by state, federal and local government regulations.
