The course is structured around developing autonomy, ability to respond adequately and organisational management in order to help a corporation or education institute meet their learning needs.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
The program will use innovative learning strategies to develop and recognise your capacity to implement organisational capability development. Learners will generate and evaluate complex ideas as well as initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation.
The program will involve the completion of a workplace project that uses and develops workplace skills and provides real workplace outcomes.
