With the rapid growth of the business industry all over the world, enhancing the effectiveness of human resources through managing organisational learning functions are to be more involved and productive thus, this qualification applies to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. With the successful completion of this qualification, you will have developed skills and knowledge to work as a senior manager or an executive manager who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development.

Throughout the course, you will develop skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas to be able to analyse organisational systems and practices, plan and implement strategic transformation, lead research activities and other tasks related to organisational capacity building. You will also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within your organisation with full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
