Nationally Recognised Higher EducationAs a Dermal Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of exciting and rewarding roles. Your scope of practice will include patient consultation and assessment, dermatoscopy, laser and light-based therapies, epidermal resurfacing procedures, skin/micro-needling, and holistic patient care.
As part of the program, you'll learn unique units such as CDNPDD02 Apply principles of dermatology and dermatoscopy to cosmetic medicine, which will equip you to identify various skin lesions. Additionally, CDNIHD01 Integrate health and dermatology for aesthetic practice will help you understand the relationship between gut health and dermatology, providing you with the skills to address the skin and provide holistic patient care.
