Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe 52852WA Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables is a postgraduate cosmetic nurse course developed specifically for qualified nurses wishing to enter the field of cosmetic medicine. This nationally accredited qualification will provide nurses with the knowledge and hands-on practical skills required to work in a cosmetic medical practice performing a range of dermal therapies, cosmetic injectable procedures and cosmetic nursing duties. The unit ‘CDNEIP02 Evaluate and perform cosmetic injectable procedures’ is the first nationally accredited unit covering the theory and practical skills associated with dermal fillers and wrinkle relaxants.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
• Must be a Registered or enrolled/division 2 nurse
• Current registration through AHPRA
• Please note: If you graduated prior to 2008, you MUST hold a current medications endorsement
• Enrolled/Div. 2 nurses are now required to meet additional requirements for course entry.

About Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science
AACDS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established in 2004 to deliver nationally accredited qualifications in cosmetic nursing and dermal therapies. AACDS developed the first vocational qualifications in dermal therapies in 2004 and the first formal postgraduate qualification in cosmetic nursing in 2007.
AACDS continues to be at the forefront of innovation in field of aesthetics education and is currently developing the first AQF qualification in cosmetic medicine for the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.
