This course will extend the knowledge you've gained through your undergraduate health or business studies by developing your understanding of:
- the impact of technological innovation in healthcare management and service delivery
- managing human and financial resources
- planning for change in different contexts.
You will explore delivery processes, critically reflect on your decision-making processes, and learn about the effects of policy and politics on health care provision and access.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Successful completion of a recognised bachelor degree or equivalent international qualification in health studies, and evidence of recent experience in a health setting.
- Applicants with a degree in management or business may be considered if they have a background in health.
- Consideration will also be given to applicants who demonstrate at least five years appropriate professional experience in middle to higher level management in a health service organisation. Applicants must provide further documentation detailing their employment experience (i.e. Work experience certificate from an employer/s) and outlining their roles and achievements in the form of a curriculum vitae (CV).
