Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology is designed for graduates from a variety of disciplines seeking to advance their leadership and management skills from a psychological perspective to enhance performance and wellbeing across workplace contexts, provide business leadership, build professional relationships, influence meaningful organisational change, and create humane workplaces.
Graduates will develop an understanding of human behaviour and how this can be applied to manage workplace relationships, as well as specialised skills in applied psychology and organisational behaviour in the workplace, such as psychological assessment and interviewing.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admission is open to applicants meeting one of the following criteria:
- 3 year bachelors Degree in a related field (i.e. cognate), or higher
- 3 year bachelors Degree not in a related field (i.e. non-cognate); or
- 3 year Diploma in a related (i.e. cognate) field such as psychology, or social sciences, or
- 3 year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organisational experience; or
- 2 year Diploma in a related field such as psychology, or social sciences, + 2 years relevant organisational experience; or
- 2 year Diploma not in the discipline + 3 years relevant organisational experience; or
- At least 5 years organisational experience.
