Forklift Licence
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The forklift course is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a forklift truck safely and effectively, to the standards set by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. This training ensures that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a forklift safely and efficiently in various work environments.
Participants will learn the fundamental principles of forklift operation, including, but not limited to, safety procedures, equipment familiarisation, use of controls, operating techniques, load management, communication skills, emergency procedures, maintenance and inspection, and regulatory compliance.
By the end of the course, participants will have demonstrated competency in operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Delivery of this course is completed face-to face with a mix of classroom-based theory training and hands on practical training.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- 18 years of age.
- Proficient (read and write) with basic English.
- Three (3) forms of eligible EOI.
