Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course provides the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment HLTSS00061 Food Safety Supervision Skill Set – For Community Services and Health Industries and allows you to work in the hospital, aged care and child care industries. It includes the three units of competency that make up the Food Safety Supervision Skill set in the Health and Community sector and will enable you to be appointed as a certified Food Safety Supervisor under the National Food Standard 3.2.2A, which applies to all Food Service industries.
