Excavator Training Package
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our Earthmoving Training package is designed to make you ready or up-skilled for the construction industry. This course combines practical experience and theoretical knowledge in small class sizes at one of our industry training sites, allowing for efficient learning of excavator and skid steer loader operating skills. Elevate your expertise in earthmoving operations and prepare for success.
Over this course, you’ll learn the essential skills needed for the safe and proficient operation of two earthmoving machines. This includes planning and preparing; conducting equipment pre-operational checks; operating the machine; lifting, carrying and placing materials; selecting, removing and fitting attachments; relocating the machine and carrying out operator maintenance. Our courses are specially designed to teach students to work safely and efficiently so that they can succeed throughout their career and become ready in the construction industry.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Applicants must be aged 16+ at the time of course commencement.
Applicants must have photo identification
Applicants must have a USI Number (Unique Student Identifier).
Applicants must have safety footwear & a hi-vis shirt/vest.
