Estimate and Cost Work

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to estimate materials, labour and time requirements and to establish costs for provision of quotations to provide services to a Class 1 building. In some jurisdictions, this unit of competency may form part of accreditation, licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements.
