Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The RIIWHS601E Establish and Maintain the WHS Management System G7 course is a highly interactive and practical program designed to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge around implementing, monitoring, and evaluating WHS systems. G7 training also teaches participants about the legislative requirements when implementing, monitoring, and evaluating WHS systems. G7 training is a legislative requirement for all Site Senior Executives (SSE) under the Coal Mining Health and Safety Act 2011 s54 (1).
The G7 training is designed for those people working in the Resources and Infrastructure Industry.
ASTRA Group Services uses various assessment methods and techniques, including skill and knowledge assessments as an essential step to ensure you progress through your course. You may be assessed in a number of ways while you are studying and training with ASTRA, including observation, written assessment, questioning, portfolios, work samples, third-party feedback, and in some cases through recognition of prior learning. Before commencing any course, ASTRA recommends you consult your doctor to determine any limitations with conducting practical demonstrations if applicable. There may be multiple tasks that require manual handling of materials and equipment.
