Dual Certificate III in Fitness & Certificate IV in Fitness

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

A Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) qualifies you as a Gym Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor, while a Certificate IV qualifies you as a Personal Trainer.

The Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) consists of 15 units, 11 core units and 4 elective units (see details below) and the Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221) consists of 17 units, 10 core and 7 elective (see details below)

You can take the certificates separately, however completing them as a bundle can be advantageous for two major reasons:

  1. Price: By completing the Certificate III and IV in Fitness as a bundle - you receive a discounted rate
  2. Speed: There is a crossover between the Certificate III and IV in Fitness, which means there is less work involves if you complete the two certificates as a bundle. You will only need to complete 28 units total (as opposed to 15 in Certificate III and 17 in Certificate IV).
