Drive multi-combination vehicle

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to drive a multi-combination vehicle safely, including systematic and efficient control of all vehicle functions, coupling and uncoupling of dollies, monitoring of traffic and road conditions, management of vehicle condition and performance, and effective management of hazardous situations.

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.

Current HR (Heavy Rigid) or HC (Heavy Combination) licence MUST be held continuously for a minimum of 1 year.

If you hold a LR (Light Rigid) or MR (Medium Rigid) you are NOT eligible for a Multi-Combination licence.
