Throughout this course, you will combine your existing tourism and travel abilities with leadership skills, enabling you to operate independently, manage staff and make a range of operational business decisions. You will learn how to lead and manage staff and workplace operations, manage diversity and conflict, establish budgets, build business relationships and enhance customer service experiences.
