Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation is designed to help you gain the academic skills needed to progress to a bachelor degree in education. In this course, you’ll learn skills and knowledge to help prepare you for work in an educational setting. This includes foundational skills in teaching and in supporting student learning in a range of educational contexts.
By undertaking a practical placement, you’ll have opportunities to put your learning into practice.
The course aims to help you develop academic skills, as well as extend your language, literacy and numeracy skills, in preparation for LANTITE testing – an integral part of a bachelor degree in education.
