This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply the skills and knowledge to pursue a range of roles within the Australian sport industry.
They work or volunteer at community-based sport clubs and organisations in the Australian sport industry.
The skills in this qualification must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State or Territory legislation, Australian standards and industry codes of practice.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admission requirements are completion of BKSB assessment with an outcome of ACSF exit level 2 - working level 3, for both literacy and numeracy, Applicants must be 18 years of age or older or turning 18 within the current academic year, Students must be physically capable of sustaining CPR for at least two (2) minutes on the floor., students will be required to set-up and pack-down equipment required for activity such as setting up athletic performance testing equipment, the course requires the physical capability to set-up and move heavy exercise equipment within work health and safety guidelines, this course requires a fundamental level of physical strength and fitness.
