Diploma of Personal Care Formulation
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Formulating cosmetic and personal care products can be as varied as the companies who offer them. The 10788NAT Diploma of Personal Care Formulation has been developed to provide a comprehensive approach to teaching the formulation of safe, stable and efficacious personal care products for the hair, hands, body and face. It also covers the development of products from the concept stage and through reverse engineering. Learners are taught how to prepare a variety of personal care products, adapt formulations to suit organisational requirements and develop products based on the latest industry advances.

About Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science
AACDS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established in 2004 to deliver nationally accredited qualifications in cosmetic nursing and dermal therapies. AACDS developed the first vocational qualifications in dermal therapies in 2004 and the first formal postgraduate qualification in cosmetic nursing in 2007.
AACDS continues to be at the forefront of innovation in field of aesthetics education and is currently developing the first AQF qualification in cosmetic medicine for the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.
