Diploma Of Nursing
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will equip you to become an Enrolled Nurse through hands-on learning, 5 course placements, 11 weeks of clinical placement and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
In two years, our course can equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an Enrolled Nurse, with hands-on experience through our Health and Community Centre of Excellence simulation wards and 5 course placement rotations.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Must be 18 years or older
Literacy, Numeracy and Hand-Writing Assessment with ACSF Level 4 in all components
National Police Record Check must be dated within 12 months of practical placement
A valid Working with Children Check
NMBA English Language Skills Requirements
Up to date immunisations including Mandatory COVID-19 and Fluvax
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
A Commonwealth of Australia Statutory Declaration (Aged Care).
To meet the English Language Skills requirement you must provide evidence before enrolment of one of the following:
- English is your primary language and you have attended and completed six years of primary and secondary education, in a recognised country, including at least 2 years between years 7 and 12 OR
- If English is not your primary language you need to provide a valid ELS test (results must be valid for 2 years before enrolment). An example, if you completed an ELS test in 2019 your results will be valid or if you completed an ELS test in 2017 your results will not be valid OR
- Evidence of IELTS (academic module) with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking), OR
- Evidence of OET with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking), OR
- Evidence of PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking), OR
- TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in each section of the test: 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking.
